Happy April everyone! The months are flying by fast, and we are looking forward to some beautiful spring days. Exciting things are happening at Discovery School! We just got our painted lady caterpillars in the mail. Your children will be watching them grow and change over the next two to three weeks. Listen for exciting tales and look for many pictures of your children as they learn and explore the classroom butterflies. Also, please note that we have spring break Thursday April, 13 through Monday, April 17th.
I would like to take a moment to ask for your help this month. We sent out parent questionnaires in February so we could get feedback about how our program is doing and to see if we are meeting your needs. Thank you to those who have already turned yours in. We are reading them and will address your concerns in up-coming monthly newsletters. We still need to collect 30 to 40 more of these surveys so we have a good amount of data. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to communicate with you. If you have not already completed one of our surveys, please come by the office and grab one. They are anonymous and can be turned in to the box under the menus outside the office. Thank you so much for your help with this!
Spring is one of my favorite times of year, so I would like to leave you with wonderful springtime thoughts!
