CHASI Accepted – The State of Illinois provides low-income families assistance for child care services when needed to work, attend school, for training, or other work-related activities. The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) operates this program. Children’s Home + Aid Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) are responsible for the administration of the program in St. Clair County.
