What is CCAP?
CCAP Accepted – CCAP stands for the Child Care Assistance Program. The State of Illinois provides low-income families assistance for child care services when needed to work, attend school, for training, or other work-related activities. The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) operates this program. Brightpoint (formerly known as Children’s Home & Aid) is responsible for the administration of the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) in St. Clair County.
